If you booked an appointment online on www.aspendental.com from February 20, 2022, through January 1, 2025, you may be an eligible Class Member to receive a cash payment. Class Members must submit a valid Claim Form by September 15, 2025
To start your online claim, you can find your Notice ID & PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your Notice ID & PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator at info@AspenDentalPixelSettlement.com. Please request your Notice ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.
